Keith Wesley: No problem.
Interviewer: When did you start at Hoffman Services Inc.?
Keith Wesley: November 2009
Interviewer: What’s your current title?
Keith Wesley: I am a Senior Service Technician for the following lifting systems at HSI: Stertil-Koni USA, Hetra, Maha, Patriot, ALM, AWASH and Sefac.
Interviewer: What do you do daily at Hoffman Services Inc.?
Keith Wesley: Daily – would be sales and service. I, on any given day can be found from Maryland… up to Albany, for Hoffman Services Inc. I love the travel but what I love the most is that I am home, with my family, at the end of each day.
Interviewer: What is your toughest struggle as a premier and lead service technician at Hoffman Services Inc.?
Keith Wesley: The struggle is to be in three places at one time. When you solely service this many product lines, it’s hard to be everywhere. But our team manages really well. I appreciate that in a phone call I can receive help, or give help. I help a ton of customers just over the phone and they appreciate that. We love educating our customers and I love talking to them… make them feel like their a part of the Hoffman family as well.
Interviewer: That’s great.
What is the most important project that you have ever worked on?
Keith Wesley: Work project? I would have to say, the Port Authority Becker Lift. I was there every step of the way. I had just started with the Installation crew at HSI. Really the first lift of its kind in North America and i was able to see it from the start to finish.
