Stertil-Koni Introduces High Capacity, Low Profile Multipurpose Adapter to Enable Front and Rear Vehicle Lifting with Two Mobile Columns

Stevensville, MD, March 16, 2016 — Heavy duty vehicle lift leader Stertil-Koni has broken new ground again with the introduction of a high capacity multipurpose

adapter, which, when used in conjunction with the company’s mobile column lifts, enables “front and rear” vehicle lifting with only two mobile columns.

What’s more, all lifting in this manner is “wheels free” — providing busy technicians on the shop floor with complete access to the undercarriage of the vehicle, including wheels and tires.

The new Stertil-Koni adapter is ALI certified, demonstrating full compliance with recognized, applicable standards, and is rated up to 22,000 lbs. per adapter.

Noted Peter Bowers, technical sales manager for Stertil-Koni, “The new adapter presents a very flexible lifting approach. For example, it can easily handle vehicles in which ground clearance is not a key factor.”

The new multipurpose adapter from Stertil-Koni can handle everything from heavy duty farm tractors to utility trucks, as well as cab and chassis vehicles. The product is available for shipment.
