FEATURES:
- a mechanical device called a torsion bar that allows co-planarity.
- the torsion bar avoids the issue of concrete anchoring and cracks. The torsion bar connects with a metal base that acts as the anchoring device for the lift.
- allows for alignment between the two lifting runways that the vehicle sits on
- Omer Lifts can be placed on uneven floors without anchoring (with bolts (58”) placed on the bottom to prevent shifting of the lift in surface mount applications.)
- with a flush mounted environment the lift sits in a pit (approximately 13” deep) and extended legs allows for 77 inch height.
