What forms of payment do you accept?
A: We accept credit card payment only for online sales. Certified bank checks are only accpeted on ‘Over the Phone’ Sales and need to be sent and cashed before any product ships. We do not accept Pay-Pal or Check-By-Phone at this time. We do not have a COD option.
Do you offer a Lease to Own Program?

Where are you located?
A: Our Main Facility is located in Newark, NJ. However, we have stocking warehouses all over the entire country. This helps faciliate your order and allows for a shorter delivery time. If you are located in New Jersey, feel free to come visit us at:

If I place an order over the phone or internet from another state, do I have to pay sales tax?
A: Sales Tax is applied for any sale inside New Jersey and the State of New York. Sorry, please feel free to complain to Uncle Sam!!
If I buy a lift or equipment from Hoffman Services, Inc., how does the item get delivered to me?
A: Hoffman Services, Inc. ships all its lifts or large equipment by common carrier. The products are commonly loaded on a freight truck at one of our warehouse’s and then go to one or two transfer stations. You may pick up your merchandise at the closest terminal or have the equipment delivered to a convenient address. The customer is ALWAYS responsible for unloading the delivery semi truck.
NOTE: It is important that the customer realize that the freight truck is a full length tractor-trailer (48'-53') and cannot easily get into residential areas and the fact that the shipping company is contracted to bring the merchandise to the customer not to unload it.
What if my freight is damaged?
A: Your freight will be securely packaged and in perfect condition when it leaves our facility . If a shipment is damaged when it arrives, you must sign “damaged” on the freight bill and make notes regarding the damage. Digital photos make filing a claim much easier. Please read all of the instructional and warning stickers before opening the package. Please notify Hoffman Services, Inc. immediately as we can take swift action to right the wrong.
NOTE: It is important that you, the customer, understand that we are not the shipping company. We will do everything we can to make sure your package is safe and secure, but when it leaves our dock it is consigned to you.
